Our 2026 Benefits Open Enrollment is from Monday, October 20, 2025, to Friday, November 7, 2025, 11:59 pm ET. During this period, you can newly enroll or make changes to your Publicis benefits. After November 7, your only opportunity to make changes to your benefits coverage is within 31 days of experiencing a qualified life event or during the next Benefits Open Enrollment period.

Planning to get married or have a baby next year? Those are considered qualified life events, and you can make benefits changes within 31 days of these events. Please note you would need to wait until your QLE occurs to make changes.
Three Easy Steps to Plan for 2026 Benefits Enrollment

1. Review your current benefits and decide if you need to make changes.
It’s important to assess your and your family's current and near-future needs. Find the right combination of benefits coverage and programs at the right cost to support your needs.
Did you know a 65-year-old couple retiring this year spends an average of $315,000 in medical expenses throughout retirement? If you are generally healthy and don’t go to the doctor often, the HSA Medical Plan may be right for you. You pay the lowest coverage premiums out of your paycheck, and you get to open a Health Savings Account, which is like another 401(k) account but for medical costs. Plus, Publicis Groupe helps you build your savings: $250 for single coverage and $500 for family coverage.
Don’t overlook voluntary benefits. We partner with insurance companies to provide discounted prices for pet, car, home, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, and more.
Take this opportunity to review your beneficiaries while enrolling. Naming beneficiaries ensures your money will go where you want it to.

2. Prepare to enroll in benefits that do not automatically carry over into 2026.
Open enrollment will be passive, meaning most (not all) of your 2025 benefit elections will automatically carry over into 2026. You will need to actively enroll in these accounts each year to use them:
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA)
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)
Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA)

3. Enroll in 2026 Publicis Benefits.
You will receive notification on October 20 when you can log into our benefits enrollment portal to begin enrollment.
If you do not enroll, you will have the same or similar coverage as today, but at 2026 costs—with the exception of HSA, HCFSA, DCFSA, and LPFSA, which always require active enrollment.
What to Expect in 2026
2026 Monthly Coverage Premiums
Medical & prescription drug coverage: Premiums will increase by +X% (final rate pending).
Dental coverage: Premiums will increase by +X% (final rate pending).
Other benefits (vision, life, disability, legal services): No changes to coverage costs.
No changes to copays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket maximums.
Family Care Enhancements
Bright Horizons Family Concierge: One-on-one help with childcare, coaching, social work, and education.
Pet Care: Use Bright Horizons Back-up Care credits with Rover for overnight care, dog walking, daycare, and more.
Adult Tutoring: Tutoring services now extend to anyone 18+, covering 3,000 subjects including professional certifications.
NYC Pre-K for All & 3K for All: Universal Pre-K programs available at centers across the five boroughs, subject to eligibility.

For US Freelancers
We’re happy to report that you’ll continue to see the same benefits you know and value today. Review the freelancer guide for the 2026 plan year and get ready to newly enroll or make changes to your benefits between October 20 – November 7, 2025.
We’ll notify you on October 20 when you can log into the benefits enrollment portal (bswift) to start enrolling. If you decide not to make changes by November 7, 2025, your 2025 benefit elections will automatically roll over into 2026.
Reminder: Even though federal law no longer requires health coverage, your state may still require it to avoid tax penalties.
