At Publicis Groupe we offer medical and voluntary benefits to our freelancers and temporary employees. Voluntary benefit options include supplemental medical insurance, transportation and parking benefits, legal benefits, pet insurance, and auto and home insurance.

  You're eligible for Publicis medical and voluntary benefits after 90 consecutive calendar days of active employment.

  When you become eligible, bswift (Publicis's third-party benefits administrator) will email or mail you a letter 45 days before your coverage start date. You have 45 days to enroll. If you don't, you forfeit coverage until the next Annual Benefits Enrollment, typically in Q4.

  If you elect certain benefits, coverage starts on your 91st calendar day of employment.
