Whole Life + Long-Term Care

As an Ecolab associate you have the opportunity to purchase Whole Life + Long-Term Care through Allstate with the dedicated support of ACSIA Partners LTC Consultants. Guaranteed Issue, meaning no health questions, is available to eligible actively-at-work associates aged 18-70 and working at least 20 hours per week during this special enrollment.

Guaranteed Issue:

Eligible associates can enroll in Whole Life + Long-Term Care coverage up to $200,000 without answering health questions. Working spouses/domestic partners are eligible for up to $75,000, while non-working spouses/domestic partners are eligible for up to $25,000.

What is Whole Life + Long-Term Care?

Life Insurance provides a death benefit to help your family financially after you’re gone. The Long-Term Care rider accelerates the death benefit if you become cognitively impaired (e.g., Alzheimer’s) or unable to perform two of six “activities of daily living”, like bathing or dressing.

Features of the Plan:

Comprehensive Coverage: Care at home, in the community or at assisted living/nursing facilities.
Portability: Coverage stays with you, even if you change jobs or retire.
Level Premium: Rates are locked in at policy issuance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Allstate: Provides the Whole Life + Long-Term Care coverage and is responsible for processing future claims.
ACSIA Partners: Manages the education and communication of the benefit and offers enrollment support through their consultants.
