Families need support at many ages and stages. We offer numerous resources to our working parents and caregivers, including the following tools and programs*.

• New Baby/Child Resources

  • Paid Parental Leave - Birth and non-birth parents (including spouses and domestic partners) can take six weeks of 100% paid leave within the first year of a child’s birth or adoption. Birth mothers can begin their paid parental leave after their paid medical leave (typically 6-8 weeks, covered by Short-Term Disability benefits).

  • FlexWork - Flexible work arrangements help you balance your work and family responsibilities. Explore options including adjusted work hours, job-sharing and part-time work. Flexibility can be in the form of hybrid work arrangements, an alternative work arrangement or EveryDay Flexibility.

  • Lactation Support - We recognize the health benefits of breastfeeding for infants and mothers and are committed to providing a supportive environment to enable breastfeeding employees to express milk during work hours.

  • Milk Stork - In partnership with Milk Stork, traveling nursing moms are provided airline-approved cooler totes and overnight cold-shipping services.

  • Adding your new child to your health insurance - Ecolab provides an opportunity for you to review and change your benefit elections during the Open Enrollment period in the fall each year. Outside of Open Enrollment, most benefits cannot be changed unless you experience a life event, such as birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, etc. When these events occur, you have 31 days from the date of the event to enroll or make changes. Visit the MyBenefits portal or call the Ecolab Benefits Center at 1.800.964.0265 for additional information or to add your new child to your insurance.

  • TOOTRiS - This childcare platform makes finding convenient, affordable childcare simpler and more accessible.

• Caring for Elders and Dependents with Special Needs

  Are you providing support for a loved one who is aging or has special needs? Sometimes it can feel nearly impossible to balance caring for a loved one with other demands of life, which is why Ecolab offers Homethrive. Designed specifically to make life easier, Homethrive combines digital resources with expert one-on-one personalized support for caregivers. 

  • Homethrive offers a suite of on-demand tools, resources and digital coaching, along with Care Guide experts to speak with when you need help taking care of your loved one.   • Coverage for Children with Special Needs – Get the coverage and support you need through your health plan, including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for autism treatment, plus coverage for speech, occupational and physical therapies for developmental delays.
